What browser storage means
Cookies are small values stored by your browser. Local storage can keep information on a device between visits, while session storage generally lasts for a browser-tab session. Browser settings may clear or block these features.

Change your choices
For analytics, open Privacy choices on an eligible informational page, such as About us, then choose Decline or Allow analytics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals keep our optional analytics off. Patient-request pages do not offer analytics because they are excluded from it.
For saved contact details, use Remember for 30 days or Forget my saved details on the medication form. Remembering starts off. Choose it only on a device you trust; anyone using the same browser profile may be able to see saved details.
You can also remove cookies and site data through your browser settings. The public website and requests.veritasmensclinic.com may have separate browser storage, so clear each if needed. Blocking storage may prevent saved preferences or request selections from working; you can still call the clinic for help.
Payment and other external services
Secure card entry uses STAX-hosted fields and its payment/security tools. External scheduling, video and laboratory services may use their own cookies or browser storage when you use them. Our analytics control does not manage those services’ payment, security or functional features.
Clearing browser data does not cancel an order, reverse a payment or delete clinic records. Contact the clinic for help with those requests.
