A one-time fee for the initial blood panel: total testosterone, calculated free testosterone, estradiol, LH, PSA, comprehensive metabolic panel, CBC, and SHBG. For blood drawn at the Lakewood clinic, payment is collected at that visit after the labs are drawn; results review is included at no separate charge.
