Dr. Voss is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with more than 28 years of medical experience. His career has focused on orthopedic trauma, joint replacement, and sports medicine.
He has worked at the United States Air Force Academy Hospital, Boulder Centre for Orthopedics, and Wray Community Hospital. He has also contributed multiple publications to orthopedic medical journals.
Endurance and mentorship
The work continues beyond the operating room.
Dr. Voss has completed multiple Ironman events and currently coaches wrestling at Niwot and Wray high schools. Those experiences reflect the same long view he brings to clinical leadership: preparation, resilience, and steady attention over time.
